Here is the FIR
This is not the first time when crooks have floated fake website of the Indian Air Force and carried out “recruitment” in its name. Two years back also such type of fraud happened when someone created the fake website www.iaf7asc.org.in to dupe the defence aspirants. When Indian Air force started receiving the calls from applicants they noticed the fraud that time .
In a bid to ensure the security of official government communication, the government had in 2016 made it mandatory for officials to use their e-mail ids with nic domain instead of gmail or others outside agency email .
Police said that investigation is going on and efforts are being made to arrest the dupers. Official website of the Indian Air force is www.indianairforce.nic.in. Please take good care and also always check to confirm if it’s an official website or any fake website, charging money by using the name of Indian Air Force or the Indian Army.
