Indian Hackers hacked Major Pakistani Govt. Sites on 70th Independence Day

In order to hack as many sites they could, Indian hackers hacked major government websites of Pakistan on their independence day. According to a report in Hindu, Indian hackers posted Indian flag and Indian anthem on the sites. Officials of Pakistan Telecommunication authority informed on Monday.

The hacked sites are Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Information Technology, Ministry of Water and Power, Cabinet Division, Ministry of Food Security and Ministry of Environment Change. The hackers posted happy Independence day messages for India and also Indian flag on the websites. PTA has shut down all the websites and tried to restore the websites.

The sources couldn’t identify the group of hackers behind the hacking but they said it was highly coordinated effort by hackers.
