Major Shivesh Tiwari was welcomed on the Airport as planned by his wife as he was returning after 3 years. He was posted in Anantnag where the militant cleaning is going on right now and highly volatile area.
Major Tiwari was honoured with Sena medal this year as he killed three terrorists and survived two attacks. The 32-year-old major deserves a welcome which was planned so sweetly.
There were family members holding placards and a few teens dancing to bhangra beats from the film Rang De Basanti.
A placard which was help by his wife said, “his eyes are brown, his shoes are black, get out of my way, my fauji is back.”
Other placard said, “These are the hands that prayed for your safe return… May God bless the couple.”
Major Tiwari is posted with 42nd battalion of the Rashtriya Rifles. We think every soldier deserves the same welcome and we salute Major Shivesh Tiwari’s wife for such a lovely step, one must always respect the soldier.
In United States, many soldiers get that welcome on homecoming, it’s a proud moment when the soldiers come back home after a long and tiring schedule.
